I’ve never been very good with tofu – no matter how long I marinate it or how much I try to season it, it always ends up being a little bit bland. But that’s all changed with this recipe for Lemon-Dijon Tofu and Potatoes!

Oh, that looks lovely! I have similar issues with tofu — I’ve tried to cook it at home so many times, but it never turns out quite right. This recipe definitely seems worth a try, though…

Yep, this is definitely worth a try! But maybe use nonstick foil in the pan or at least do a better job with the nonstick spray than I did so you don’t end up leaving a lot of it behind.
